Adapted system solutions are needed according to the individual circumstances. Decisive criteria for the degree of automation here include the type of products being processed, the applied printing method and the available infrastructure. Blumer has recognized the different needs and has developed suitable systems, which can be further upgraded at a later time within the same generation, as needed. 

LS in-feed table
  • Automatic or manual loading of the stacks of strips, pre-cut on guillotines or on web cross-cutters
  • Large buffer zone with continuous reloading option for ensuring uninterrupted production
  • Table surface with grooves and pushers with slot nuts for the reliable transport of strip packets without cardboard on bottom

  • Easy-to-adjust banding unit, also ideal for very small label sizes and challenging shapes
  • Reliable and maintenance-friendly thermal welding system
  • Banding combination with paper and clear plastic tape possible
  • Bottom cardboard can be welded to the band (very high stack stability)
  • 25 mm standard banding width, 15 mm and 50 mm optional. Other banding widths upon request
  • Maxipack banding, north-south and east-west (optional)
  • No separation device required (only for counter-pressure technology)
